Kozminski University, founded in 1993, is an internationally renowned business school located in Warsaw, Poland. It offers cutting edge graduate and undergraduate programmes BBa, MA, MBA and doctoral studies (PhD) in business management and finance, economics and law to an international body of students. The University has an active cooperation and working relationships with key multinational companies operating in Europe. It is actively involved in the research area of business, entrepreneurship and management. Actively cooperating in different research and educational projects and working with managers in Poland and in the region, Kozminski University is recognized by the country’s academia and business as well as by international scholars, practitioners and organizations as a reference point for business in society research in entrepreneurship.
In 1999 Kozminski University became the 16th business school in Europe to be accredited by the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS). In June 2008, it obtained another prestigious accreditation of the Association of MBA’s (AMBA) confirming the highest standards of our executive programs. Finally in 2011, Kozminski University has been accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Thus, it has joined the group of such prestigious Universities as Harvard, Yale or MIT. Only 53 universities in the world hold all three of those, most prestigious international accreditations.
Employees of the Kozminski University are well experienced in proper realisation of projects co-funded by the European Union. In 2005, in order to provide administrative support to on-going EU projects, the University has established within its structures the European Competence Centre (currently included in the structures of Centre of Excellence of Kozminski University). The centre employs people who have experience in coordination and implementation of European projects.
